Stir-fried Small Pumpkin Shreds

A small pumpkin

Thinly slice and then shred

Millet spicy minced garlic spare

Tips:
The seeds in the pumpkin should be tender. You can eat a bit older seeds. Remember to empty out this dish and eat the original ecological taste. Millet is spicy but not spicy (Hunan people are not spicy or not happy)
If you don’t eat chicken essence, just add salt. The taste of the food itself is also good.
