Stir-fried Snow Beans with Fungus and Carrots

Wash the fungus with proper amount of soaking hair, wash proper amount of snow peas, wash and slice carrots, and slice a sausage and set aside.

Put a little oil in the pan, add the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry in the pan.

Add snow peas and fungus and stir fry for 2/3 minutes.

Then add carrot slices and sausage slices and stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of seafood soy sauce, appropriate amount of thirteen incense, stir fry until soft.
