Stir-fried Snow Peas with Garlic

Wash snow peas to remove just two tendons.

Cut the carrot into thin slices.

Chop garlic and chop.

Add proper amount of salt and cooking oil to boiling water in a pot.

After the water is boiled, pour the carrot slices and blanch for about 20 seconds, then pour snow peas and blanch for about 30 seconds

Put oil in the pan, stir in the carrots and snow peas and stir-fry for a minute or two, add salt and chicken bouillon to taste fresh, add minced garlic, thicken the thick gorgon, stir fry for a delicious taste.

Tips:
When blanching snow peas, do not blanch it for too long, and stir-fry later; add salt and cooking oil when blanching water to keep the color of snow peas in green;
