Stir-fried Snow Peas with Octopus

Treat the octopus cleanly, cut into small pieces, and marinate with ginger for 5 minutes

Remove the snow peas, wash and control water, shred the ginger, and cut the garlic into large pieces

Saute the ginger and garlic in a frying pan

Remove excess water from the octopus and stir-fry in the pan

Cook in the right amount of cooking wine

Tips:
1. Don't fry snow peas for too long, otherwise it will lose its crisp taste;
2. People with a history of skin diseases and urticaria should not eat octopus.
