Stir-fried Snow Peas with Pork Belly

Remove the stems and wash the snow peas, and drain the water for later use.

Dice pork belly, marinate with cornstarch, salt, light soy sauce and cooking wine for a while, then cut red pepper into shreds and chopped green onion into small pieces.

Heat in a frying pan until it matures, add corn oil, and stir-fry pork belly and red pepper.
