Stir-fried Snow Peas with Pork Heart

Prepare snow peas, peel off the sides, wash and set aside

Tips:
1. You don't need to put too much salt in the marinated pig heart, because you need to add salt after adding snow peas
2. Snow peas is too soft and not tasty, so you have to wait until the pig heart is fried to 5 when the vegetables are cooked.
