1. Simple material
2. I usually steam the sausage before eating it. You can steam it more and keep it next time.
3. Pickled snow peas, washed and shredded, whole or cut in half
4. Blanch snow peas in boiling water for a while, remove and drain
5. Slice the sausage into thin slices; smash the garlic
6. Add a little oil to the pan and fry the minced garlic
7. Add the sausage and stir fry a few times
8. Add snow peas, season with some salt, and stir well.
