Stir-fried Snow Peas with Sausage
1.
Steam the sausage for 20 minutes. I choose Cantonese sausage with some fat.
2.
After steaming, slice into slices for later use.
3.
Remove the gluten and wash the snow peas.
4.
Slice ginger, mince a part of garlic, and mince a small part of garlic.
5.
Put a little oil in the pot, pour the sausage slices and fry on low heat until the sausage is spit out, and the oil stays in the pot.
6.
Add ginger slices and garlic pieces and sauté.
7.
Add snow peas, add a little salt and oyster sauce and stir fry until they are broken.
8.
Add the sausage, add the appropriate amount of pepper, and a teaspoon of sugar and stir well. Sprinkle with minced garlic at the end.
Tips:
Stir-fry the sausage first so that the oil in the intestine is leached, so that the oil consumption is reduced. The sausage itself is enough salt, so the snow peas are seasoned and fried before adding the sausage.
