Stir-fried Snow Peas with Sausage

Pinch the head and remove the tail of snow peas, tear off the side ribs, wash and drain the water

Wipe off the grease from the outside and cut into thin slices

Pour some oil in the wok, stir-fry the chopped green onion for a fragrance

Pour in the sausage, stir fry until fragrant

Pour snow peas and stir fry for a while

Tips:
1. The sausages do not need to be steamed or boiled in advance. They are sliced into thin slices and fried, they will become soft and full of cured flavor;
2. Because Chinese sausage has a salty taste, salt should be added appropriately;
3. Snow peas are crispy to eat, and should not be too soft or rotten, otherwise they will lose the crispness.
