It's a very tasty vegetarian dish in autumn.

Stir-fried Sour Bamboo Shoots with Garlic Chili Sauce

1. Soak the sour bamboo shoots three times with clean water

2. Chopped sour bamboo shoots

3. Wash the garlic and set aside

4. Stir-fry garlic cloves in hot pan with hot oil

5. Add the sour bamboo shoots and stir fry for about a minute

6. Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce and water, and stir fry for about one minute

7. Add the right amount of chili sauce and continue to stir fry

8. Stir-fry until the juice is collected

Tips:

Less salt, sour bamboo shoots will not be too salty or too acid after being rinsed with water several times, but more oil.
