Stir-fried Soy Sprouts

1. Ingredients: soybean sprouts.

2. Money mushroom (already soaked).

3. Wash out the soaked golden mushrooms and remove them.

4. Cut in half on the chopping board and set aside.

5. Clean the soybean sprouts from the roots and remove them.

6. Heat the oil in the saucepan, add the soybean sprouts and mushrooms and stir fry.

7. Next, add some light soy sauce and stir fry until the bean sprouts are broken.

8. Then, add some salt.

9. Seasoning and stir-fry well, ready to go.
