Stir-fried Soy Sprouts with Leek in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients: Soybean sprouts, chives, vegetable oil, salt, ginger, fresh oyster sauce, red bell pepper

Wash the soybean sprouts and remove the skin

Wash leek and cut into sections, mince ginger and red bell pepper, wash and cut into small dices

Hot pot with cold oil and minced ginger

Soy bean sprouts stir fry for a while

Add salt grade fresh and stir fry evenly

Stir fry with leeks

Add oyster sauce

Taste and stir fry evenly out of the pan, sprinkle with diced red bell peppers for decoration
Tips:
After the soybean sprouts are fried, add the leeks
Don't fry for a long time, add very little salt
The oyster sauce is fresh, so you don’t need to add chicken essence and MSG.
