Stir-fried Soy Sprouts with Minced Meat

Chop the fat and lean meat into minced meat separately.

Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic for later use.

Soybean sprouts are washed and blanched in a boiling water pot.

Heat the wok and pour in the chopped fat to refine the oil.

After the fat is refined into the oil, add the onion, ginger, garlic and fry until fragrant.

Add minced meat and stir fry until cooked.
7.
Add the blanched soybean sprouts and stir fry evenly.
8.
Add a spoonful of chili sauce and stir fry evenly.
9.
Add some light soy sauce, salt, and chicken bouillon, stir and stir evenly, then turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
The amount of chili sauce is added according to personal taste or not.
