Stir-fried Soybean Sprouts with Black Fungus

Ingredients: Soy bean sprouts (the roots have been removed and cleaned).

Black fungus (already soaked).
3.
Scallions.

Clean the soaked black fungus.
5.
Cut everything on the chopping board.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the soybean sprouts and black fungus, stir fry until the soybean sprouts are broken, add a proper amount of salt and a proper amount of monosodium glutamate.
