I love to eat crab roe. The crab roe of Irish bread crab is full of crab roe. The fresh and savory flavor of the sea is very suitable for stir-frying. After the pan is out, the aroma of crab paste will be wafted out of the oil, and I feel very happy! "

Stir-fried Spicy Breaded Crab

1. Prepare the breaded crab. Note that the cooked and frozen crab meat does not need to be salted. Place it in room temperature water 2 hours in advance to seal and thaw, pull out the belly button, press the back of the crab with your thumb, separate the crab shell, remove the gills, and cut into pieces.

2. Prepare chives, ginger, chopped green onions, sliced garlic, celery stalks, red pepper can be added according to personal taste.

3. Heat a wok, add olive oil, and stir-fry the ginger, garlic, and red pepper until fragrant.

4. Pour in the breaded crab and stir fry evenly, being careful not to break the paste.

5. Pour in green onions and stir fry for a while, add cooking wine and half a spoon of soy sauce (add an appropriate amount according to personal taste).

6. Add half a tablespoon of water, boil to reduce the juice, and just take it out of the pot.

7. For serving, you can sprinkle some white sesame seeds according to personal taste.

Tips:

Irish Breaded Crab is known as the "King of Cream Crab", it should not be too long to stir fry, don't boil the crab roe, and do not need to add salt and other seasonings~
