Stir Fried Squid Flower

Clean the fish and cut it with edible scissors. After cutting it, tear open the tail of the squid to remove the skin.

Tear from the tail to tear off the skin in succession

After removing the skin, start cutting the flowers. First cut into two pieces. When cutting, remember to cut the flowers on the slippery side. When it is not hot, the flowers cannot be rolled. Cut the squid flowers with a diagonal knife (the angle of the knife 45 degree angle) It can't be cut if it is cut, or it will become squid shreds

Cut one side first, then cut crosswise, then cut three knives into one piece, (the size of the piece depends on everyone's preference)

Cut all the materials for use

Boil the squid with water in the pot, blanch the squid with boiling water first, roll up the squid, remove the cold water for later

Mix the peanut butter, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce with a little water in a small bowl.

Fill the pot with oil, stir-fry the ginger, green and red peppers first

Pour the squid and stir fry a few times

Add cooking wine and stir fry a few times

Pour the sauce and stir fry evenly

Then put the basil and garlic sprouts into the stir fry, it can be out of the pot
