Stir Fried Squid Rings with Winter Bamboo Shoots

The squid is washed clean, the endothelium and the outer membrane are removed;

Boil clean water, put in the squid rings, blanch for 2 minutes; remove and drain the water and set aside;

Shell the winter bamboo shoots and cut into thin slices; boil in water, put salt and bamboo shoot slices and cook for five mature, remove from the pot, soak in cold water to cool, remove and drain the water, set aside;

Heat the pan, pour the oil, and saute the minced garlic and ginger;

Put in squid rings and stir-fry for five mature;

Then add red pepper and green pepper and stir fry;

Tips:
1. The winter bamboo shoots are blanched with salt, which tastes better and has a better effect of removing bitterness;
2. It does not take too long to blanch the squid ring, just remove the fishy;
3. If you don't eat chili, you can skip chili.
