Stir Fried Squid with Garlic
1.
A selection of fresh whole squids. The squids we currently eat are all frozen, and they can be cleaned after they are naturally thawed.
2.
Grab the squid's abdomen with one hand, and pull the head and body with one hand to separate it. Then look at the abdomen, there will be a triangle like plastic, take it off, I call it squid bone. Then cut the abdomen with scissors, clean up the dirt in it and wash it. There is a round bead on the head of the squid, which is the hidden part of his octopus, which is a bit hard. Squeeze it out and throw it away. It is ready to be cleaned.
3.
The processed squid is shown in the picture, and it must be cleaned! Remember that there are two places that must be removed and thrown away.
4.
Cut the cleaned squid into shreds and pour into a bottle of cooking wine to get rid of fishy. The bottle cap I use here is the bottle cap for cooking wine. Shred ginger, diced garlic or slices are fine.
5.
Preheat the wok over the heat, then put 4 spoons of coconut
6.
Add the ginger and garlic when the oil is hot, and stir fry for a fragrance. Remember not to fry for too long.
7.
After the ginger and garlic are fragrant, pour into the squid and stir fry
8.
Stir fry for 1-2 minutes, add salt and black pepper to taste.
9.
Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, and the delicious garlic squid is ready to cook. The squid meat is more tender and should not be fried for too long, as the taste will not be good. At this time, you can also pour 30ml of boiling water and stir fry. If you put a lot of oil, you can also sauté the squid without adding water. The squid will tend to fry. You can choose according to your taste
10.
Finally, let’s put a picture of the finished product. For a person’s meal, I will quickly scramble an egg with some chicken greens, and eat a tomato raw. Such a simple and balanced meal is ready, and it takes less than 20 minutes.
Tips:
Remember to clean up the two places where the squid is handled. Fired squid requires more oil to make it delicious. Fresh squid will have a sweet, crispy and chewy texture. If you fried squid with moss, it is unfortunate to tell you that the squid may not be fresh. It may be after thawing many times.
