Stir-fried Squid with Garlic Sprouts

When you buy the squid, process it first, remove the internal organs, and wash it.

After the squid is cut with a knife, marinate in cooking wine and pepper for 15 minutes, slice ginger, cut garlic into sections, and cut dried chili into sections.
