Stir-fried String Beans

Wash the kidney beans and cut into thin strips as shown

Cut two millet peppers, mainly for good-looking, later I found out it was spicy, I suggest you not put it

Heat oil in a wok, stir fry for two minutes on high heat, add salt, and monosodium glutamate

Put it on a serving plate (sorry, no picture)
