Stir-fried String Beans
1.
Wash the kidney beans and cut into thin strips
2.
Cut the small green pepper into strips, slice the garlic and ginger into slices, and have a little pepper. I prefer to eat numb so I put a bit more, you can put less.
3.
Pour vegetable oil into the pot. After cooking, turn the heat to a low heat. When the oil temperature drops slightly, first pour the ginger down, then pour the garlic, small green peppers and Chinese pepper into the pot together, stir fry, and burst the fragrance ( Be careful not to take too long, or it will burn), then pour the kidney beans into a pot over high heat, add half a tablespoon of salt and fry together, and the kidney beans will be cooked in about 4 minutes (the fried kidney beans must be cooked before they can be cooked. )
4.
Add the right amount of chicken bouillon, stir-fry for a few times, and transfer to a plate.
Tips:
When cutting small green peppers, lightly pat them with a knife, it is easier to cut!
