Stir-fried String Beans
1.
Pinch off the sharp ends of the kidney beans and tear off the tendons

Break 2 sections, wash and drain the water
3.
Heat up the vegetable oil in the fryer, and pour the kidney beans when the heat rises in the oil
4.
Fry until the skin is slightly wrinkled, then remove the oil for use
5.
Leave 1 spoon of oil in the pot, add garlic powder and sauté
6.
Add dried chili and Chinese pepper and stir fry
7.
Stir in the fried green beans and bell pepper
8.
Pour in some light soy sauce, add salt, stir fry and mix well
9.
Start the pot and put it on the plate, ready to eat
