Stir-fried String Beans
1.
Pick the kidney beans into sections and wash them.
2.
Put 1g of green beans in the pot and steam for 15 minutes. Start with high heat and then medium to low heat. After steaming, there will be water.
3.
Bring the pot to medium-low heat, put the steamed string beans in and fry them dry.
4.
Put oil in the pot.
5.
After the oil is warm, pour in the peppercorns and fry until fragrant. Fry them to remove the peppercorns.
6.
Pour the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
7.
Immediately pour the string beans into the stir-fry, keep using a medium-to-small heat to stir. When the skin is wrinkled, pour in the remaining salt and stir-fry evenly. I don't want to eat too much and didn't stir it for long.
8.
Then add soy sauce and stir fry evenly.
9.
Serve and eat.
Tips:
For this dish, it is best to fry the dried kidney beans first. If you are afraid of getting hot, don't fry them for too long. Steam or boil them before frying. If you cook them, add salt and cook. You must cook more oil than usual.
