Stir-fried String Beans

Tear off the bean pods, wash and dice green beans, dice lean meat, and mince garlic

Add the minced garlic in the hot pan and stir fry until fragrant. Add the diced pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the diced beans and stir-fry evenly. Cover for five minutes.

Add soy sauce, salt, vinegar and stir for 2 minutes

Lid green beans are easier to cook, reducing cooking time
