Stir-fried String Beans

1. Cut it diagonally and set aside.

2. Cut the pork belly into slices and cut the ginger.

Tips:

The kidney beans must be added with a small amount of water and must be fried. If the kidney beans are not cooked, they are easily poisoned.
If it is dry, add a little bit of water, otherwise there will be no salty taste without saline.
