Stir-fried String Beans

Wash kidney beans and control dry water

Add oil to the pot and prepare more string beans for frying

Deep-fried string beans at 60% oil temperature, add some salt in the oil, and the fried string beans are beautiful in color

It must be fried until the skin is wrinkled, otherwise it is easy to be poisoned. Remove the dry oil for use

Prepare green onions, garlic, and dried chilies. You can add more spicy ones (I can’t eat spicy ones)

Tips:
The string beans must be deep-fried.
