Stir-fried String Beans
1.
Prepare ingredients.
2.
Remove the two ends of the beans, break them into two sections, wash and control the water. Finely chop green onion, ginger and garlic, and cut dried chili into shreds.
3.
Put oil in the pot, add the beans when the oil is 70% hot, fry the beans until the surface is slightly wrinkled, then remove the frying spoon from the fire, and fry for another 30 seconds to remove the oil control.
4.
Leave a little oil in the pan, add the diced beef, and stir over medium heat until the beef is dehydrated and fragrant.
5.
Add dried shrimp, green onion, ginger, minced garlic, dried chili, and pepper to fragrant, then add Yibin sprouts and stir-fry. The sprouts don’t have it or don’t let them go.
6.
Add string beans and stir-fry evenly, then add 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, a little sugar, a little salt and chicken powder, and stir-fry on medium-high heat to taste.
7.
Platter.
