Kidney beans are rich in nutrients, but they must be cooked during cooking. Uncooked Kidney beans will be poisoned if you eat them. Stir-fried String Beans

1. Ingredients: string beans, garlic cloves, peppers.

2. Mince pork, add a little salt, abalone juice, and soy sauce to marinate for a while.

3. Remove the meridians of the kidney beans, fold them into sections, wash and soak for a while. Peel the garlic cloves, smash them, and shred the peppers.

4. Heat up the pan, pour the kidney beans and stir-fry for a while, until the kidney beans are irritated, then pour a little oil and stir-fry until soft.

5. Put it into a bowl.

6. Heat the pan again, add a little oil, pour the garlic and sauté until fragrant.

7. Add minced meat and stir fry until 9 mature.

8. Pour in the stir-fried kidney beans and stir fry for a while.

9. Add shredded chili and stir fry.

10. Adjust the salt.

11. Add chicken powder and stir fry evenly

12. Just shovel up.

Tips:

String beans must be cooked before they can be eaten. Many restaurants have used oil to process string beans. For family consumption, try not to use too much oil to process them, taking health as the prerequisite.
