Stir-fried String Beans

1. 1. Wash the beans with dry water, heat them in a microwave oven for 1 minute, and then soak them in iced water for 2 minutes to remove and dry them.

2. Put the oil in the pot, heat the oil to 60% hot over medium heat, add the beans and fry them until the skins are wrinkled and the bubbles are removed.

3. Leave a little oil in the pot, low heat, first stir the dried chilies and minced meat to get the moisture, then add the shrimps and fry them until the aroma, then add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, Yibin sprouts, minced ginger, and minced garlic.

4. Pour in the fried beans, stir-fry the juice and serve with a spoon.

Tips:

It only needs to be fried once after heating in the microwave for 1 minute. The color of the beans will be greener after soaking in ice water. Do not put salt.
