Stir-fried String Beans

After washing the pork belly, blanch it and cut into thin slices. Cut the kidney beans into horse ear segments. Grab evenly with appropriate amount of salt. Slice the green onion and ginger.

Heat the pan, pour a little corn oil, add the meat slices and stir fry.

Put the fried fat out, add green onion, ginger, garlic, 1 tablespoon of hot pot ingredients, and appropriate amount of cooking wine, sugar, and salt, and stir-fry evenly.

Add a little dark soy sauce and light soy sauce and stir well.

Add the marinated string beans, stir-fry evenly, cover the pot and let it sit on low heat for 3 minutes before serving!
