Stir-fried String Beans

1. Pinch the head of the kidney beans, tear off the tendons, fold in two sections, rinse and drain.

2. Heat the pan with cold oil, add ginger slices, fatty meat, and fry out the fat

3. Pour the green beans and stir fry for a while

4. Add salt and continue to fry the chicken essence
