Stir-fried String Beans with Ham

Wash the kidney beans, remove the head and tail, tear off the old tendons, soak for 20 minutes, and drain the water. PS: String beans are slightly poisonous, so soak them for 20 minutes

Pour appropriate amount of water into the pot (the water should cover the green beans) and boil, add the green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes; PS: depending on the size of the fire, cook until the green beans turn green.

Let the blanched kidney beans cool, drain the water, cut into 3 long pieces, and slice the ham;

Heat the pan, pour the oil, fry the ham slices, the ham is slightly yellow, turn it over and continue to fry the yellowish;

Add the chopped green beans and stir fry evenly;

Add salt, 2 drops of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of boiling water, stir fry to collect the juice. PS: Because the kidney beans have been blanched, there is no moisture when they are cooked, so add water.
Tips:
1. String beans are slightly poisonous, so they must be soaked for 20 minutes;
2. The toxic content of the head and tail of string beans and bean tendons must be removed;
3. The green beans are easy to fry after blanching, and the color is beautiful.
