Stir-fried String Beans with Ham

Wash the beans, remove both ends, and select into small pieces of about 5 cm. Blanch the water until the color darkens, then you can pick it up

Remove the ham casing and cut into strips

Add the green beans and stir fry for about 3 minutes, add salt

Tips:
The kidney beans must be blanched, otherwise they will be poisonous.
