Stir-fried Sweet and Sour Green Pepper and Watermelon Peel

1. Prepare the watermelon rind and green pepper.

2. Peel off the crusty outside of the watermelon rind.

3. Remove the seeds from the green pepper and cut into long strips. Then cut into diamond-shaped pieces.

4. Cut the watermelon rind into slices.

5. Chop the green onions, peppers, and garlic.

6. Add salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, and thick broth to a bowl and stir well for later use.

7. Heat the pot, add the onion, garlic, and pepper to fry until fragrant.

8. Add green pepper and fry until about five ripe. Add the watermelon rind and stir fry.

9. Then pour the sauce and stir well, mix well and out of the pot.
