Stir-fried Sweet Potato Leaves

Wash the sweet potato leaves.

Boil the sweet potato leaves in boiling water for half a minute and remove the cold water for later use.
3.
Heat oil in a wok, add chopped green onion and stir for a while.
4.
Add sweet potato leaves and stir fry.
5.
Add light soy sauce, vinegar, salt, minced garlic, mix all and turn off the heat.
