Stir-fried Sweet Potato Stems

Tear off the skin of sweet potato stalks, cut into sections, cut pumpkin into small sections, and mince garlic.

After the oil is hot, stir-fry the pumpkin segments first.

Add minced garlic and sauté.

After sautéing the sweet potato stalks, add a little sugar, salt and a little water.

Finally, add a small amount of monosodium glutamate, a few drops of sesame oil, and cook.
