Fried Pork with Sweet Potato Stems

Soak sweet potato stems in advance

Cut and set aside

Use less water in the pot. After the water is boiled, boil the sweet potato stalks until they are soft enough to bite. I cooked it for more than 30 minutes. Then remove the controlled water for use.

Tips:
The sweet potato stalks must be boiled softly, or they won't bite.
