Stir-fried Sweet Potatoes with Ginkgo Carrots

Carrots and sweet potatoes are cut into dice as big as ginkgo

Pour them into boiling water and cook them together, remove them for later use

Hot oil pan

Pour in the hot cooked ingredients,

Stir fry a few times, add salt
6.
Pour in appropriate amount of water and boil
7.
After the juice is collected, it can be out of the pot
Tips:
It's healthier if it is blanched and then fried.
