Stir-fried Taro

1. Wash and peel the taro. (Remember to wear a glove when peeling)

2. Slice and set aside.

3. Shred the ginger and wash the star anise to remove dust. Set aside.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add shredded ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

5. Add taro and stir fry for 2-3 minutes on high heat.

6. Add appropriate amount of water, and the taro is over.

7. Add star anise, cover with lid and simmer for 15 minutes on medium-low heat.

8. Simmer until it can be easily passed through with chopsticks, add a spoonful of salt, and stir-fry evenly.
