I have always had a soft spot for mushrooms. I ate in a restaurant before and happily ordered tea tree mushrooms. When they came out, they were fried tea tree mushrooms. The mouth was greasy. I tried several restaurants and it was very greasy. I started my self-made journey. "

Stir-fried Tea Tree Mushroom

1. Prepare the ingredients: After soaking the dried tea tree mushrooms in water, wash them off! Cut the dried bean curd, onion, green pepper, and colored pepper into shreds, don’t need to be very thin~

2. Put in the right amount of oil!

3. Wait for the oil to heat up, add the tea tree mushrooms and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, take it out and set aside;

4. Add chili in the remaining oil pot and sauté ~

5. Add green pepper shreds, colored pepper shreds, and onion shreds and stir fry;

6. Add the tea tree mushrooms to be used, stir fry together, and add some fresh soy sauce;

7. Add appropriate amount of water, boil and reduce the sauce on low heat, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence at the same time~

8. Collect the juice~

9. Out of the pot~

Tips:

1) It is recommended not to put too much oil, the tea tree mushrooms are fried crispy and very greasy! 2) Dried tea tree mushrooms should be soaked in advance, don't just start to fry, it will not bite;
