Stir-fried Tempeh with Pumpkin Vine

Peel the pumpkin vine.

Wash the black tempeh and soak it. Wash the pumpkin vines and peppers (I thought of taking pictures after I cut them).

Chop pumpkin vine, red pepper, garlic.

Forget about taking pictures. The steps are simple. After boiling the oil in a hot pan, add the black tempeh and garlic until fragrant, then add the pumpkin vine and red pepper to fry. The chopped ingredients are easy to cook, and finally add a little salt to get out of the pot.
