Stir-fried Thousand Page Tofu with Garlic

Ingredients: Thousand-page tofu, garlic (the roots have been removed, washed and cut into sections)

Unpack the thousand-page tofu, put it on the chopping board and cut into slices.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the garlic and stir fry, combine the cut thousand-page tofu, and add a proper amount of water.

Stir fry until the garlic is broken.
5.
Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.
6.
Add the right amount of soy sauce.
7.
Stir-fry well and serve.
