Stir-fried Thousand Page Tofu with Green Red Pepper

Ingredients: Thousand-page tofu, green and red peppers (stems removed, seeds removed, cleaned and cut)

Put the thousand-page tofu on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Pour oil in a saucepan to heat up, add green and red peppers and stir fry.

Next, stir in the cut thousand-page tofu and stir-fry until the green and red peppers are broken.
5.
Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.
6.
Add the right amount of soy sauce.
7.
Stir-fry well and serve.
