Stir-fried Three Dings

I could have added some peas and fry it together, but unfortunately I forgot to buy it and just use what I have at home.

Wash corn and peel into small kernels, peel and dice carrots

Wash the three layers of meat and chop into meat velvet

In order to wait for the corn and carrots not to fry for too long, I first boiled the corn and carrots in boiling water for three minutes

First, fry the meat velvet in the pan, add a small amount of light soy sauce

Fry the corn and carrot diced with water in the pan, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence and fry until cooked

Tips:
If the corn kernels and carrots have not been cooked first, you can add a little water to boil them when they are fried, so that the carrots will be more tender.
