Stir-fried Three Silk

Prepare ingredients.

Each ingredient is cut into filaments.
3.
Heat a pan with a little oil, pour in the carrot shreds and stir fry.
4.
Add the drained potato shreds.
5.
Stir fry with salt.
6.
Season with oyster sauce and stir fry.
7.
When the potatoes are soft, add the chili, stir fry a few times, and take out.
Tips:
After the potatoes are cut into shreds, they need to be soaked in water to prevent discoloration. Some of the starch can be soaked so that they will not be too sticky during frying.
