Stir Fried Three Silks

Cut the beans into thin strips and soak them in water.

Peel the carrots and cut into shreds. Wash the hot peppers and cut into shreds.

Remove the shredded potatoes to control the moisture.

Put oil in the pot and sauté the peppercorns.
5.
Pour in three shreds and stir fry quickly.

Add salt chicken essence and stir-fry evenly, then add appropriate amount of white vinegar.
