Stir-fried Three Silks-low Oil

Shred the mushrooms, green peppers, and carrots separately.

Chop the green onions and mince the garlic. Carrots go well with garlic, so garlic is twice as much as green onions.

Put the beef slices in a cold pot on low heat and slowly stir-fry to get the fat. After the meat slices change color, add a little five-spice powder to increase the fragrance and remove the smell.

First put in the carrot shreds and stir well with the meat slices. Carotene is a fat-soluble vitamin so that it can be easily absorbed. Stir fry a few times and add the mushroom sauce and tomato sauce.

Coat shredded radish evenly with sauce, pour in shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry evenly, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

Put light soy sauce and balsamic vinegar in a pot, and add a little allspice. Add green pepper shreds, add chopped green onion and garlic, stir fry evenly, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes before serving.
