Stir-fried Tofu

Cut the tofu into pieces and fry in a frying pan until golden on both sides.

Cut the bacon into thin slices.
3.
Cut the green pepper into pieces with a hob.

Heat the oil pan, add the egg mixture and fry until golden on both sides, shovel it out.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pan to heat up, add the garlic cloves and fry the garlic fragrant, then add the shredded green onion, the dried red pepper and saute, add the bacon and fry the oil.

Add the green peppers and fry them until they are broken.
7.
Add tofu and vermicelli and stir fry for a minute.
8.
Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, stir-fry in oyster sauce, finally add eggs, pour in water starch, sprinkle appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence.
