Stir-fried Tofu Skin with Chili

Cut tofu skin into strips, shred fresh chili and ginger, and cut dried chili into sections

Heat the oil, pour in the peppercorns and dried chilies, stir fry

Pour in the sliced tofu skin and fresh chili

Stir fry for a while and add some salt
