Stir-fried Tofu with Cabbage

Put water in a pot and add salt, put the whole tofu to boil, turn off the heat and soak for a few minutes, the purpose is to make the tofu tough and not fragile

The cabbage help cuts and wipes the blade, that is, the knife and the cabbage help form a 30-degree angle into pieces. Sliced green onion into eyebrow slices

After the tofu is well controlled, cut into half-centimeter thick slices. Put oil in the pan, heat 40% tofu slices, and fry on medium heat until golden on both sides
